At Veinci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
